WHO WE ARE
"Black & Gray" comes from the partners last names.
More than that, it is a statement about how the issue of addiction is not simply "black and white", but mostly grey.
Andrew Blackbird, RPC
Graduating with honours in the Counselling Diploma program at Maritime Business College in 2019, Andrew has enveloped practical knowledge and skills matched with firsthand experience to provide an authentic approach in treating those suffering from addictions.

For the past three years, Andrew has gained experience working at a sober living home with males in recovery, as well as working at a mental health facility as a residential counsellor. He continues to work with individuals in a variety of age groups that require treatment for addiction and mental health difficulties.

For the past three years in his own recovery, Andrew attributes his ongoing success to staying balanced. While
acknowledging the value of 12 Step programs, Andrew likes to explore alternative ways of recovery. Understanding the 12 steps may not be for everyone and Andrew will work with clients to determine their own path.
