Recovery is about more than just
stopping substance use.
It's about building a life
you don't need to escape from.
The Black & Gray Recovery Support Group is a practical, compassionate, and educational program for anyone looking to strengthen their recovery and better understand themselves.
In this group you will:
• Learn why and how addiction happens (and continues)
• Identify patterns in your own life
• Build enough safety, structure, and support to remain engaged
• Implement emotional, relational, and practical skills
• Create an identity and life that supports long-term recovery
Each group starts with 30-minutes of education, followed by 60-minutes of group discussion. Worksheets, handouts, and other resources are also provided.
Notes:
-
Anyone can start at any point in the process. You don't have to start in the first module.
-
Every participant contributes at their own pace. No one is expected to disclose personal experiences or turn their video or microphone on before they’re comfortable.
-
Different recovery pathways, beliefs, backgrounds, and life experiences are welcomed and will be treated with respect.
